内容摘要 本毕业设计课题为《38000DWT油船设计》。所选毕业设计题目内容基本包括了本科所学的专业知识课程，通过毕业设计对所学的专业知识的巩固和提高，比较全面的掌握了船舶设计的基本方法，同时对船舶工程设计有了更全面的了解，提高了发现问题和解决问题的能力。 设计过程采用相似变换法，参照母型船对舱室进行合理布置以及用CAD对型线进行绘制，通过maxsurf进行静水力分析，利用EXCEL表格对船舶静水力数据进行处理、浮态及静稳性校核、有效马力估算,螺旋桨设计计算。采用MAU型螺旋桨图谱设计计算螺旋桨。参照《2006钢质海船入级规范》绘制船舶的基本结构图和典型横剖面结构图。 本设计船的最终尺寸确定为： 总长 184m 水线间长 178m 船宽 31.5m 型深 16.8m 结构吃水 11m 设计吃水 10.5m 航速 14.4kn 航区 沿海航区 满足设计任务书及规范设计要求。 在整个设计过程中运用了AUTOCAD、WORD、EXCEL等计算机辅助软件，极大的提高了设计工作的效率和精度。在设计过程中船采用的是母型船资料法和仿似变换，因为母型船已经服役经受了实践的考验，证实了其各种性能的满足安全、经济、实用等要求，所以本设计船的各种性能能够得以保证。但由于自身经验以及知识面的局限，可能在设计中存在很多缺陷，希望各位老师能加以指正，是自己能够逐步完善。 关键词：油船 总体设计 性能计算 螺旋桨 结构设计 ABSTRACT The topic of this graduation project is the design of 44,000 tons of product oil tanker for Jianghai Direct.The content of the selected graduation topic includes basic knowledge learned in undergraduate courses.Through the design of the graduation project to consolidate and enhance the professional knowledge,comprehensively grasp the basic methods of the ship design.Meanwhile ,I have a more comprehensive understanding for the ship design ,it improves my ability of finding and solving problem. I adopt the similar transformation method in the graduation design.Reference to mother ship type to do the rational arrangement of compartments and use the CAD to draw the Type Line.Use the EXCEL to calculate ship hydrostatic,check the floating state and the state stability,and estimate the effective horsepower.Make use of the MAU type propeller to calculate and design the propeller.Reference to Specification to draw the ship basic chart and the typical cross section chart.
