本科应用型人才专业素质结构研究 摘要：本科 应用 型人才和学理型人才在专业素质各要素的内涵上各有特点。大学生的专业知识结构包括陈述性知识和程序性知识两大要素,这两大要素的地位与比重不同导致本科应用型人才和学理型人才的专业知识结构整体功能的差异。本科应用型人才强调对 问题 解决的执行和监控，因此程序性知识在其专业知识结构中占主要地位；本 科学 理型人才强调对问题的理解，因此陈述性知识在其专业知识结构中占主要地位。大学生专业能力结构的三大要素是思维能力，实践能力和创新能力，它们在专业能力结构所占的地位不同，形成了不同的类型专业能力结构,本科应用型人才专业能力强调实践能力，本科学理型人才专业能力强调思维能力。 关键词：应用型人才；专业知识结构；专业能力结构 【Abstract】 The re are various features of applied talents and theory talents in the connotation of professional quality. University students’ knowledge structure involves two components: one is declarative knowledge and the other is procedural knowledge. The differences between the position and proportion of these two components bring about the differences between applied talents and theory talents in the whole function of professional knowledge structure. Applied talents pay attention to execution and monitoring in problem solving, then procedural knowledge plays an important role in thEir professional knowledge structure; and theory talents emphasis on the understanding of the problem, then declarative knowledge plays an important role in thEIr professional knowledge structure. University students’ professional competence structure consists of thinking ability, practical ability and innovative ability. And their different position in professional competence structure form different types of professional competence structure. The professional competence of applied talents puts emphasis on practical ability, but the professional competence of theory talents attaches importance to thinking ability. 【Keywords】Applied talents; Professional knowledge structure; Professional competence structure 燕国才把大学生的一般素质分为 政治 素质、思想素质、道德素质、专业素质等等1。在政治素质、思想素质、道德素质等素质方面，本科应用型人才与其他类型人才存在一致性；而在专业素质方面，本科应用型人才在专业素质内涵上具有自己的特点。 对素质的定义有很多种，一般认为素质是人的内在之物，素质是人们在先天遗传条件下，经过环境熏陶、 教育 培养和自身活动的历练，日积月累形成起来的基本稳定的内在品质，是智力因素与非智力因素的统一，可以通过人的外在行为表现出来。根据这个定义， 目前 人们一般认为：素质是一种“心理品质”，于是人们纷纷寻找这种“品质”。但谁也说不清这种品质是什么，谁也没有寻找到这种品质。笔者认为素质不是独立的品质，它只反映了一种“结构”，反映了多种心理品质的综合结构。 因此，作为专业素质也不是独立的品质，它反映了
