第  PAGE 2 页 论文题目： 1.8Mt/a 矿井型选煤厂设计 专 业： 矿物加工工程 学 生： 杨 涛 （签名）： 指导老师： 樊晓萍 （签名）： 摘 要 说明书主要介绍了年处理量为 180 万吨原煤的矿井型动力煤选煤厂的设计。根据给 定原煤的筛分、浮沉等资料，进行确定原煤可选性等级，并以原煤特征确定选煤方法， 制定工艺流程；根据工艺流程进行数质量平衡、水量平衡、介质平衡的计算及设备选型 等；最后根据计算及分析做了初步的设计并绘制图纸。 设计过程中遵循了“精煤产率最大原则”，在合理确定产品结构的同时，力求达到工 艺先进，技术合理，工程量省，投资少，生产成本低的效果，并考虑长远发展。通过各 方案的比较，对于粒度＞50mm 的原煤两矿分别进行破碎。50～0mm 入三产品重介质旋流 器，煤泥直接浓缩压滤，洗水闭路循环，此流程对提高分选效率降低介质损耗和煤泥水 的处理都十分有利。 关键词：矿井型动力煤选煤厂，重介质分选，重介旋流器，可选性  Subject: Primary design of Steam Coal preparation plant with capacity of 1.8Mt/a Specialty: Mineral Processing Engineering Name: Yang Tao (Signature): Instructor: Professor Fan Xiaoping (Signature): ABSTRACT This article mainly introduces the primary design of a steaming coal preparation plant with capacity of 1.8Mt/a. By the raw coal screening data,sink and float material and proximate analysis data . We can determine the rank of raw coal wash -ability, determine coal preparation process on raw coal characteristic, establish the process flow and count number and mass balance water balance media balance the selection of media and so on. And then to do the machine hall processing set-up and coal preparation plant general arrangement. The design follows the principle of making the wa shed coal’s recovery to be maximization. On the satisfaction of product structure to be diversity, to reach advanced craft, technology in reason, quantities economized, less investment, low production cost. By contrasting different conceptual, we choose crushing the raw coal whose granularities are larger than fifty-millimeter in advance. Choosing the jigger and dense medium cyclone sorting with three products to treat the material whose granularities from zero to fifty millimeters, the sludge adopt thickening and filter, wash water closed circuit, this flow is profitable to both reducing the lose of dielectric and the treatment of sludge water.
