校运会组织工作反思 校运会组织工作反思 首先是我对学生的要求不一样了。以往带的都是普通班，这次带的是重点班，那么我以为重点班就必然要以重点班的要求来对待。我不仅希望他们能事事都自己处理，并且要事事都处理得很完美，要有重点班的样子，要能体现重点班的组织力创造力凝聚力表现力……我用一个近乎不容瑕疵的标准去要求他们，自然会感觉实际情况总是不尽如人意。辽而实际情况是，重点班的孩子在学习成绩上是侗重点，在组织活动方面有时候还比不上成绩弱盅一点的学生。我不切实际近乎完美的要求最终哮纠结了自己。 其次是我自己参与太多。很多璜时候我是想把任务分配下去，让他们自己干。姹但操作过程中一旦发现他们完成得不如我设想袒的那般，我就忍不住自己去做，这多少扼杀了沆他们的想象力、创造力和组织协调能力，也助制长了他们的依赖心理。想放开又放不开，诸事秆躬亲必然累。 尽管他们是重点班的孩子，尽痛管他们有不错的活动组织能力，但校运会毕竟乳是他们高中的第一次，所以有很多想得不够做捡得不够的地方是很自然的。我却总那上一届高酋三那个班的组织情况来跟这个班比，这自然是很让人丧气的事。就好像拿教了一年书和教了荚三年书的老师比教学经验，当然是自找没趣的簟事。 还有一点，这次活动中这个班的男生还谓是不太给力，这也是活动组织起来较困难的一奏个原因。一个班热衷于组织活动的固然只是少盾数人，但挑大梁的总有男有女，而几乎无一男生是主干的我还是头一次碰到。这个问题从军郏训时就已经发现，尽管也采取了一些办法，但徭效果似乎不是很明显。今后的工作还需加强男子汉的教育，让男生女生的协作性更强。 总茸之，这次带班又给了我不一样的体验和经验，蛙我会在今后的工作中积极调整方式方法，也要闰坚定地相信这帮孩子，多给他们一些机会，多恸给他们一些时间。他们一定会成长起来的。 create a good atmosphere for education, and to promote the all-round development of students, to establish a scientific moral education full of vigor the For long-term mechanism.Two, the goal of moral education:To guide the students to form the correct world outlook, outlook on life, values, to cultivate students unity and mutual assistance, honest and trustworthy, law-abiding, good quality, hard work, set a good XX students ideological quality, psychological quality and image quality.
