武术伴我茁壮成长
学习武术的前两个星期我可高兴了,总梦想着自己一朝学成,成为一个行侠仗义、大展身手的侠客。不久,我发现学武术太苦太累了。
一个星期天的早上,北风呼啸,太阳公公也懒得早起,天阴沉沉的,可闹钟已经响起,我就Ο想今天就不去晨练了吧,一天不去也不会有太叫大影响的。但爸爸可不这么想,连续叫了我三饫遍,我才不情愿地起床。当我赶到晨练地点时⑧,我的师哥师姐们已经满头大汗、疲惫不堪。贪柴老师语重心长地对我说:“欣然,你记住学勖习武术不是一朝一夕的事儿,要‘冬练三九,愀夏练三伏’,坚持不懈,持之以恒。若不下苦颖功夫,不但武术学不好,其他事情也很难做好。”于是我了解到只有拥有坚强的意志,吃苦耐劳的精神,才能学好武术。从此,我暗自下炼决心,一定要把武术练好。
通过一年的学习蟠和锻炼,我的身体素质大大提高,身体也长高了不少,感冒、发烧的情况也不再发生,而且王学习起来精力也更加充沛。
前段时间,我在榍体育课上有幸被褚老师选中加入到学校太极拳兴趣小组里,这更加激发了学习武术的兴趣,蕾也坚定了我继续学习下去的信心。
我决心在瞟以后的日子里刻苦学习文化知识,苦练武术,恩继承和发扬中华传统的骨髓,内外兼修,长大肠后成为一个对祖国、对社会有所作为的人!
