在客户进入项目售楼处前营造一个漫步隧道,让客户入内,利用空气氧吧、多媒体设施、通过电影宣传片(温江、湿地公园、高地建筑等)所带来的强烈的视觉效果和音响效果,让客户充分体验公园大道是一个有灵魂的建筑群落. 在沙盘区,把沙盘高度降低并用三级台阶抬高人的视觉角度,充分体现项目公园观景的特点和大盘品质。 在客户洽谈区,有意识的突出精装细节,将六重精装的概念传达,增强视觉刺激,让销售人员在沟通时可以形象对比;同时在样板间的选取上,可以将样板间至于二层,一层至二层之间搭配一个临时用的刷卡式电梯,充分体现项目私属感卖点。 5.1户外广告(形象及告知) 继续沿用路牌并补充市内户外树立形象,形成全城告知。 建议增加设置地点: 市内增加至少5块大牌(总府路、红星路、盐市口等核心区域) 站台灯箱增加至120块左右(。。。。。。) 双楠片区、 肖家河片区 羊西线上人口最为密集的居住区 东大街商业区、 及府河居住区 光华片区、财大片区、青羊片区 电子科大商业区、 及建设路新区 Evaluation only.
