Abstract
With China joined WTO and the rapid development of the global economic integration, the core staff have became the most important strategic resource of the company, and the source of the company’s profit. How to make use of these resources is the key factor whether the company could develop steadily. So it is necessary for the company to pay more attention to the core staff group in the management progress of the human resource. From the point that the harmonious and steady development of the company, building up the management mechanism which suits the development of the core staff is the most important task.
This dissertation from the practice point, combing the features of the Ningbo Donly Transmission Equipment Co.,Ltd (referred as “Donly Co.,Ltd” below) and the characteristics of the core staff, analyzing of the problems that exist the management progress of the core staff, seeking the complete and effective human management countermeasures that suits the development of the core staff on the base of the integration of the present human resource management, from the construction of the incentive mechanism, the constraint mechanism, learning mechanism, culture mechanism, managing the core staff effectively, encouraging them bring comparative advantage into full play, improving the loyalty to
