According to different disturbance conditions , the corresponding production strategies were given , and new quantity-discount contract was designed in the paper. The new quantity-discount contract can achieve the closed-Ioop supply chain members coordinate distribution of profits whether before and after of emergent event , and can guarantee the implementation of production strategies , so achieve the optimal profits of closed-Ioop supply chain to respond to emergencies. Finally, the correctness of conclusions was proved by numerical analysis. The study found that: emergencies have a significant impact on closed-Ioop supply chain , and lead to the overall channels
