.110 • i!1中|医眼且金主旦11主土旦笠.n_主笠主盟 非动脉炎性前部缺血性视神经病变24h 动态血压的初步分析 梅晓台 1 范坷Z 魏世样 1 [摘要]目的 初步分析非动脉史性前部缺血性视神经病变 (non -arteritic anterior ischaemic optic neuropathy , NAION) 患者的 24 h 动态血压 (ambulatory hlood p陀ssu陀 monitoring， ABPM) 特点。方法 选取 NAION 患者 19 例作为病例组，同期健康体检者 19 例作为正常对照纽，分别记录其 24h 的收缩压、舒fR压和 平均动脉压，描绘其动态曲线并分类，分析血压晨峰情况。结果 19 例 NAION 患者日间收缩压低于正常对 照纽(PO.OI) ， 昼夜的舒张压均高于正常纽(PO.OI) ; 血压变化曲线中有7 例为非勺型，其余均为反勺型:血 压晨峰(moming blood pressure surge, MBPS)值~35mmHg 者 3 例， ~IOmmHg句35mmHg 者 II 例， ~OmmHg­ IOmmHg 者 2 例，OmmHg 者 3 例。结论 NAION 患者的日间低收缩压、昼夜高舒张压、反勺型和非勺型血 压曲线、低血压晨峰均可能为靶器官损害的危险因素，需进一步研究。 [关键词]非动脉炎性前部缺血性视神经病变;24 小时动态血压 中图分类号:R774.6 文献标识码:A 文章编号:1002-4379(2012)02-0110-03 Preliminary analysis on 24 -hour ambulatory blood pressure monitoring of 19 patients with non- arteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy MEI Xianhai , FAN Ke , WEI Shihui.
