预防医学本科毕业生就业现状分析及就业能力提升策略Analysis on Employment Situation of the Undergraduates in Preventive Medicine and Countermeasures 【摘要】目的 研究近年来预防医学专业本科毕业生就业现状及影响因素，探讨提升预防医学专业本科毕业生就业能力的策略。方法 收集天津医科大学公共卫生学院2004年至2008年预防医学专业本科毕业生的就业资料，共收集478份资料，采用SPSS 11.5进行数据录入，并运用统计描述和χ2检验进行数据分析。对每年毕业生总体就业率（截止到毕业当年12月31日），就业单位分布，不同性别就业率，学生干部与非学生干部就业率的差异进行统计和分析，绘制表格和图表，将五年的数据分别加以比较。结果 五年来，该专业毕业生平均就业率为95.82%，考取研究生的占16.32%，事业单位在所有就业单位中比例最高，约占69%，不同性别就业率无显著差异（P0.05），曾任学生干部的毕业生的就业率明显高于未曾任学生干部的毕业生（P0.05）。结论 对结果进行详细讨论，探寻产生这些结果的客观因素和主观因素，进而从高校和学生自身两方面，提出了当前形势下提升预防医学专业毕业生就业能力的建议和策略。 【关键词】预防医学；毕业生；就业；就业能力 【Abstract】 Objective To study the employment status and affecting factors of the graduates majoring preventive medicine in recent years and investigate the strategy to enhance the employ ability of the graduates majoring preventive medicine. Methods Collect 478 papers about employment of the graduates majoring preventive medicine of School of Public Health in Tianjin Medical University from 2004 to 2008, Input the data with SPSS 11.5 and analysis the data by the χ2 test and the statistical description. The differences of overall employment rate of graduates every year (ended 31 December of graduation year), the employment unit distribution, gender employment and employment rate of student-leaders and non-student-leaders were statistically analyzed. Draw tables and charts to compare the data of five years. Results During these five years, the average employment rate of graduates is 95.82%. The proportion of students becoming postgraduate is accounted for 16.32%. The graduates working in institutions are the highest proportion in all of employment units, accounting for about 69%. The employment rate between different gender is no significant difference (P 0.05), and the employment rate of student-leaders is significantly higher than that of non-student-leaders (P 0.05). Conclusion The results are discussed in detail to explore the objective factors and subjective factors leading these results generated
