四妙合萆薢渗湿汤对急性痛风性关节炎的IL1β、PGE2的影响的实验研究 作者：叶红芳 黄平 应华忠 寿旗扬 【摘要】 [目的]对四妙合萆薢渗湿汤 治疗 实验性大鼠急性痛风性关节炎的作用进行实验研究。[方法]采用向大鼠踝关节腔注射尿酸钠溶液建立急性痛风性关节炎模型，将四妙合萆薢渗湿汤用于模型的治疗，并与秋水仙碱做组间对照，观察其对关节肿胀度、关节局部IL1β、PGE2的含量的影响。[结果]1.大鼠踝关节肿胀度：造模后4h，高剂量中药组、中剂量中药组肿胀程度均降低(P0.05);造模后12h，高剂量中药组、中剂量中药组肿胀程度均显著降低(P0.01)，低剂量中药组有差异(P0.05);造模后24h，高剂量中药组、中剂量中药组均有显著差异(P0.01);造模后48h，高剂量中药组有差异(P0.05)，中剂量中药组有差异(P0.05);2.IL1β：高剂量中药组关节局部IL1β下降(P0.05);3.PGE2：高剂量中药组关节局部PGE2下降(P0.05)。[结论]四妙合萆薢渗湿汤能减轻尿酸钠结晶所致急性痛风性关节炎关节肿胀度，能降低关节局部IL1β、PGE2水平。 【关键词】 四妙合萆薢渗湿汤;痛风;关节炎 　　Abstract：[Objective]To confirm the role of simiao bixie decoction for dying dampness in the treatment of experimental acute gouty arthritis.[Methods]Use the treatment of simiao bixie decoction for dying dampness to the model established by injecting monosodium urate(MSU)solution into ankle cavities of the rats，and compare with colchicine，to observe the effect of joint swelling degree，the IL1βand PGE2 contents of the swelling joint.[Results]1st： Rats ankle swelling degree： After rats models of acute gouty arthritis established，high dose and medium dose of Chinese traditional medicine can reduce the degree of ankle swelling in 4h(P 0.05).High dose and medium dose of traditional Chinese medicine can significantly reduce the degree of ankle swelling in 12h.(P 0.01)，and low dose group of traditional Chinese medicine has difference compared with model group(P 0.05).After 24 hours，high dose group and medium dose group of traditional Chinese medicine both have significant difference by principle of statistics(P 0.01).After 48 hours，high dose group and medium dose group of traditional Chinese medicine have difference by principle of statistics(P 0.05).2nd： IL 1β contents： High dose of traditional Chinese medicine can reduce the IL1β contents in swelling joints(P 0.05).3rd： PGE2 contents： High dose of traditional Chinese medicine can reduce the PGE2 contents in swelling joints(P 0.05).[Conclusion]Simiao bixie decoction for dying dampness can reduce the degree of ankl
