复方雪胆口服液治疗胆汁反流性胃炎的临床疗效观察 【摘要】 目的 观察复方雪胆口服液 治疗 胆汁反流性胃炎的临床疗效。 方法 将89例胆汁反流性胃炎患者随机分为两组，治疗组48例服用我院研制的复方雪胆口服液，每次10ml，3次/d；对照组41例服用胃复安片10mg，3次/d，雷尼替丁0.15g，2次/d。两组均以6周为1个疗程，治疗结束后复查胃镜，并进行症状积分、胃镜下表现及临床疗效对照观察。结果 治疗组治疗后各症状积分及胃镜下所见积分均显著降低，总有效率为95.8%，对照组总有效率为75.6%，治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论 复方雪胆口服液治疗胆汁反流性胃炎，能迅速缓解症状，降低复发率，有明显的优势和特色。 【关键词】 胃炎；胆汁反流；复方雪胆口服液；中医药疗法 The clinical observation in the treatment of the bile reflux gastritis with an oral combination xuedan REN Ming.Shehong Hospital of the Traditional Chinese Medicine, Sichuan 629200，China 【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effect of the oral combination hemsleyadin in treating bile reflux gastritis.Methods 89 cases of bile reflux gastritis were randomly divided into 2 groups, the treating group and the comparing group. 48 cases each in the treating group take 10ml, 3 times a day, the oral combination hemsleyadin made up by our hospital; 41 cases each in the comparing group take 10mg, 3 times per day of metoclopramide and 0.15g, twice a day of ranitidine. After six-week treatment, the cases in the treating group were found better effect obtained and the symptom scores clearly reducing under the endoscopy.Results It is clear that the symptom scores under the endoscopy are evidently lower than ever, with the total efficiency in the treating group to 98.5%, the comparing group to 75.6%. The efficiency in the treating group is much better than that in the comparing group (P0.05).Conclusion The oral combination hemsleyadin has been proved effective in relieving symptoms rapidly and reducing relapse in treating bile reflux gastritis.
