Research Status of Measurement for Residual Stress

Abstract :The measurement methods for residual stress were summarized and prospected because of its significance． The tradi-
tional measuring methods for residual stress and their application were introduced ，including mechnical release method and non-destruc-
tive method． Several new measuring methods and their principles were illustrated． It was pointed out that the measuring technique of
residual stress was being developed toward the direction of non-destructive ，real-time and green method．
