浅析我国绿色餐饮的发展 内容提要： 随着经济和社会的发展，外出就餐的人们越来越多，餐饮市场需求越来越大。但是人们传统的消费习惯，“重口味轻工艺，重色泽轻营养”，导致许多人们病从口入。绿色餐饮具有天然、健康、安全、环保等特点，符合当今消费者的期望和可持续发展战略，是餐饮业发展的新方向。然而，我国对绿色餐饮的法律制度还不够完善，餐饮业存在严重的资源浪费和环境污染现象以及食品安全问题，绿色餐饮市场秩序缺乏统一标准，传统饮食习惯限制了绿色餐饮的发展等等。因此，为了促进我国绿色餐饮的发展，首先，必须要健全政策法规建设，加强规范、监关与引导，加强食品安全监督管理；其次，健全餐饮企业内部管理制度，合理利用资源、保护环境；然后，树立良好的绿色酒店品牌，强化绿色餐饮意识；最后，改变传统的饮食文化中不合理部分。 关键词：绿色餐饮 餐饮业 绿色食品 Analyses the development of green food in China Abstract: With the economic and social development, dine out of more and more people, catering market needs more and more.
