364 世界最新医学信息文摘 2014 年第14 卷第30 期 ·病例报告· 糜蛋白酶致严重过敏性休克2 例报告 常麦霞 （莘县计划生育服务中心，山东 聊城 252400） 摘要：目的 重点探索临床上采用糜蛋白酶是否出现严重过敏性休克，观察患者的临床症状和生命体征的变化，判断患 者病情，寻找对症治疗方法。方法 2 例患者在手术过程中均采用糜蛋白酶，医务人员根据患者的临床症状及生命体征 的变化进行诊断，判断患者是否出现严重过敏性休克，给予患者患者对症治疗，观察两例患者的治疗效果。结果 2 例 患者接受糜蛋白酶后均出现严重过敏性休克，给予患者抗休克治疗后均痊愈，并且3 天后即可出院。结论 临床上使用 糜蛋白酶时一定要谨慎，最好采用雾化吸入，而且最好要做过敏试验，防止全身严重反应。用药后需严密观察半个小时后， 待患者无特殊情况后方可离开。 关键词：糜蛋白酶; 严重过敏性休克; 临床症状 中图分类号：R9 文献标识码：B doi ：10.3969/j.issn.1671-3141.2014.30.297 Severe anaphylactic shock induced by chymotrypsin report of 2 cases chang Maixia Xin county family planning service centers liaocheng, shandong 252400 （ ， ） THE ABSTRACT:objective to explore clinical focused on whether the chymotrypsin severe anaphylactic shock, observe the patients clinical symptoms and the changes of vital signs, patient condition, look for ways to symptomatic treatment. Conclusion clinical go up to be cautious when using chymotrypsin, had better use atomization inhalation, and best to do the allergy test, prevent systemic serious response. need to close observation of the drug after half an hour, wait for rear can l
