整合素ανβ6与MMP-9在结肠癌组织中的表达及其相关性研究 作者：刘恩宇　彭程　宋炜　 牛卫博　王加勇　赵传宗　贺兆斌　牛军 【摘要】 目的：研究结肠癌组织中整合素ανβ6与基质金属蛋白酶9（MMP-9）的表达及其意义。方法：采用免疫组织化学SP法检测80例结肠癌及切缘正常组织中整合素ανβ6与MMP-9的表达并分析二者与结肠癌临床病理因素之间关系。结果：结肠癌组织中整合素ανβ6、MMP-9阳性率明显高于切缘结肠组织（P0.01），且与结肠癌的分化程度、Dukes分期和淋巴结转移密切相关（P0.05）。结肠癌组织中整合素ανβ6与MMP-9表达呈正相关（r=0.892，P0.01）。结论：检测整合素ανβ6与MMP-9在结肠癌组织中表达情况，可作为结肠癌预后评估指标之一；针对二者进行相关靶向研究可能为 治疗 结肠癌提供新途径。 【关键词】 结肠肿瘤·整合素类·基质金属蛋白酶9 　　【ABSTRACT】 Objective: To investigate the expressions of integrinανβ6 and matrix metallopro tEinases（MMP-9）in colonic carcinoma tissue and thEIr clinical significance. Methods: Using SP method, the expressions of integrinανβ6 and MMP-9 in 80 cases of colonic carcinoma and their normal tissues from resection margin tissue were detected. The relationships between the expressions of integrinανβ6 and MMP-9 and the clinicopathological characteristics were analyzed. Results: The positive expression intensity of integrinανβ6 and MMP9 in colonic carcinoma was remarkably stronger than that in normal tissues（P0.01）. Correlation analysis revealed that the expression of integrinανβ6 and MMP-9 were associated with the progress of the tumor pathological differentiation, Dukes stage and lymph nodes status（P0.05）. Moreover, there was a positive relationship between the expressions ofανβ6 and MMP-9（r=0.892, P0.01）. Conclusion: The expressions of integrinανβ6 and MMP-9 may reflect its value as a prognostic marker and is significant for early stage colonic tumour.
