甲状腺乳头状腺癌VEGF-C和MMP-2的表达及相关性研究 作者：陈士同，刘强，赵辉，王启堂 【摘要】 目的 探讨淋巴管生长因子（VEGF-C）和基质金属蛋白酶-2（MMP-2）在甲状腺乳头状腺癌中的表达及其与淋巴结转移的相互关系。方法 应用免疫组织化学Ｓ-Ｐ法对65例临床淋巴结阴性甲状腺乳头状腺癌分析VEGF-C和MMP-2的表达，并进行随访，随访时间5～15年。分别与癌旁甲状腺组织相比。结果 65例甲状腺乳头状腺癌中VEGF-C和MMP-2阳性表达分别为78.5%（51/65）和81.5%（53/65），30例癌旁甲状腺组织中阳性表达率分别为20.0%和36.7%。差异有统计学意义（P0.01）。随访获得25例患者出现淋巴结转移，分别检测VEGF-C和MMP-2阳性表达为91.4%（32/35）和94.3%（33/35），与无淋巴结转移组相比差异有显著统计学意义（P0.01）。VEGF-C和MMP-2 表达在甲状腺乳头状腺癌中有相关关系，并且两者关系较密切［Pearson列联系数（P）=0.5174］。结论 VEGF-C和MMP-2的表达与甲状腺乳头状腺癌淋巴结转移密切相关，可作为早期预测甲状腺乳头状腺癌颈部淋巴结转移的 参考 指标。 【关键词】 免疫组织化学；甲状腺乳头状腺癌；VEGF-C；基质金属蛋白酶 ［Abstract］ Objective To evaluate the correlation between expression of vascular endothelial growth factor C（VEGF-C） and matrix matalloprotEinases 2（MMP-2） and lymph node metastasis in thyroid papillary cancer.Methods S-P immunohistochemical technique was used to detact the expression of VEGF-C and MMP-2 in 65 thyroid papillary cancer which had no lymph node metastasis and adjacent follicular epithelia.They were followed up for 5 to 15 years.Results Positive expression rates of VEGF-C and MMP-2 in 65 thyroid papillary cancer were 78.5% and 81.5%，and in adjacent follicular epithelia to cancerous tissue were 20.0% and 36.7%.There was significant difference between them（P0.01）.There were 35 patients with lymph node metastasis.Positive expression rates of VEGF-C and MMP-2 in 35 thyroid papillary cancer with lymph node metastasis were 91.4%（32/35） and 94.3% （33/35）.There was significant difference between thyroid papillary cancer with lymph node metastasis and thyroid papillary cancer with no lymph node metastasis（P0.01）.And a nearly correlation between these two expression existed in thyroid papillary cancer［Pearson（P）=0.5174］.Conclusion The expression of VEGF-C and MMP-2 were significantly correlated with lymph node metastasis in thyroid papillary cancer，VEGF-C and MMP-2 may be the early referencing markers of thyroid papillary cancer with cervical lymph node metastasis. ［Key words］ immunohistochemistry；th
