缬沙坦与福辛普利单独及联合治疗老年高血压病的疗效观察 作者：刘世任， 包景泊，李凤梅，李玉华，崔学军 【关键词】 缬沙坦；,,福辛普利钠；,,老年高血压病 　　摘要：目的观察缬沙坦与福辛普利单独及联合 治疗 老年高血压病的疗效及不良反应。 方法 126例原发性高血压患者，随机分为3组，A组(缬沙坦80 mg/d，42例)；B组(福辛普利10 mg/d，42例)；C组（缬沙坦80 mg/d+福辛普利10 mg/d，42例）；疗程6周。观察3组治疗前后血压、心率、血钾、肾功能及不良反应等指标。结果3组治疗后血压明显下降，3组分别与治疗前比较差异有非常显著性（P＜0.01）；A，B组间比较疗效无明显差异，C组疗效明显优于 A，B组（P＜0.01）；A、C 组治疗后血尿酸差异有显著性(P＜0.05)。3组未见严重不良反应。结论缬沙坦与福辛普利单独及联合治疗均能有效降低血压，不良反应少。二药联合使用疗效更好，安全有效，值得给老年人推荐。 　　关键词：缬沙坦； 福辛普利钠； 老年高血压病 　　Effect of Valsartan and Fosinopril Sodium Single or Combined Treatment on Senile Primary Hypertension 　　Abstract：ObjectiveTo observe the effect and adverse reactions of valsartan and fosinopril sodium single or combined treatment on senile primary hypertension. Methods126 senile primary hypertension patients were divided into three groups. A group of valsartan was given valsartan 80mg/d, it had 42 patients. B group of fosinopril sodium was given fosinopril sodium 10mg/d, it had 42patients.C group of valsartan and fosinopril sodium was given valsartan 80mg/d and fosinopril sodium 10mg/d, it had 42 patients; 6 weeks later，were blood pressure, heartbeat, blood potassium, kidney function and adverse reactions and so on observed.Results The levels of three groups about blood pressure decreased notably in treatment group（P＜0.01）,while the effect was not significant in A and B group, and the effect on C group was explicitly superior to A and B（P＜0.01）.Blood uric acid of A and C group were significant of difference（P＜0.05）.There were not grave adverse reactions in three groups.ConclusionValsartan and fosinopril sodium single or combined treatment can active depressurization and lower adverse reactions.
