摘 要 毕业设计是根据利津县盐窝政和小区5#住宅楼工程的招标文件的招标须知、合同条件、技术规范、图纸及其他有关文件而编制的投标书。 该毕业设计包括：商务标、技术标和结论。商务标包括编织的依据、范围、工程量计算过程及说明、工程造价的确定和工料分析；工程量计算规则按照相应的计算规则计算，工程造价则是应用清单套价，土建部分采用以人工费、材料费和机械费为计算基础的计价程序,装饰部分采用以人工费为计算基础的计价程序。技术标则包括工程概况、施工组织及部署、施工前的准备、施工平面布置、各项管理措施、工程质量的控制措施及安全文明施工措施等。技术标是从人、材、机方面来进行施工布置，从技术、施工、物资等方面采取措施来确保工程进度、工程质量与施工安全，并在此基础上降低成本。 关键词：标书；商务标；技术标；工程量；施工方案 Abstract Graduating the design is based on County salt Waterloo governance and community 5# residential building project of the bidding project bidding documents, contracts, notes in the specification, the drawings and other relevant documents and compiling tender. Technical standard from people, materials, machines aspects to decorate, construction technology and construction materials, from the aspects of measures to ensure the project schedule, quality and safety of construction projects, and on this basis to reduce costs.
