【Abstract】 Objective:To st dy the changes and significance of TNF-αand IL-8in ser mwith hepatitis.Method s:The levels of TNF-αand IL-
8 in ser m of patient hepatitis and healthy people were detectedwith ELISA.Results:The TNF-αand IL-8 levels in patient hepatitis are obvio sly higher than
that in healthy people and their changes are different in different degree damage.Conclusion:The TNF-αand IL-8 heightened in patient hepatitis and their
changes have relevant with the serio s of the hepatitis.We can j dge the development of the hepatitis accoding to the changes of TNF-αand IL-8.
