郁金药材水溶性部分的指纹图谱研究 兰州大学药学院药学专业：刘晓丽 指导老师：封士兰教授 摘 要 目的：研究比较郁金水溶性部分和复方制剂的指纹图谱，并计算指纹图谱相似度，为郁金药材及其复方制剂的质量控制提供依据。 方法：采用气相法测定郁金和含郁金的复方制剂的各特征指纹图谱,并且以每天三次、连续三天的进样模式，分别得到郁金水溶性样品和复方制剂样品的指纹图谱各9张。郁金水溶性样品色谱图中得到了相对稳定的7个共有峰，且在含郁金的复方制剂样品中同样具有与郁金相应的7个峰。计算各色谱峰与共有模式的相似度以及各色谱峰相对保留时间的相对标准偏差(RSD%)。郁金8个样品的相似度分别为:0.6903、0.8960、0.8012、0.8407、0.8997、0.6845、0.8400、0.7864，0.7838；复方制剂9个样品的相似度分别为：0.9713、0.9979、0.9894、0.9950、0.9981、0.9983、0.9921、0.9970、0.8933，0.9701。 郁金各色谱峰相对保留时间的RSD%分别为：0.9953、0.3502、0.0000、0.3427、0.5233、0.4955、0.46220.1742、0.1226、0.0000、0.1184、0.1801、0.1691、0.1826The curcuma raw material for medicine water-soluble part fingerprint atlas studies department of Pharmaceutical of lanzhou University :Liu xiaoli Instructor：Feng Shilan Professor Abstract Purpose ：Research comparison curcuma water-soluble part and mixture (i.e. compound prescription preparation) the fingerprint atlas, and calculates the fingerprint atlas similarity, the curcuma quality control provides the basis for the compound prescription preparation in.
