甘蔗糖业 2012 年第2 期，2012 年4 月 Sugarcane and Canesugar No. 2, Apr. 2012 试论广西蔗糖产业可持续发展战略 贺贵柏 (百色市农业科学研究所，广西百色533612) 摘 要：作者从蔗糖产业可持续发展和提高蔗糖产业国际竞争力的战略高度，实事求是地总结了广西 蔗糖产业取得的成绩、存在的问题以及面临的新形势和新任务，并对当前和今后一个时期如何促进广 西蔗糖产业可持续发展进行了认真的分析和探讨，特别是从战略高度提出了促进广西蔗糖产业可持续 发展的 6 项措施：即实施高糖高产甘蔗新品种带动战略；实施蔗糖高产甘蔗种植示范带动战略；实施 甘蔗全程机械化带动战略；实施甘蔗专业户规模经营带动战略；实施蔗糖产业化服务带动战略；实施 对外交流与合作带动战略。6 项战略措施的提出，对于当前和今后一个时期促进广西蔗糖产业乃至全 国蔗糖产业的可持续发展，都具有十分重要的指导意义和参考意义。 关键词：蔗糖产业；可持续发展；新品种；种植示范；机械化；规模经营；产业化服务；对外交流与 合作；带动战略 中图分类号：S566.1 文献标识码：C 文章编号：1005-9695(2012)02-0054-04 The Strategies of Sustainable Development of Sugar Cane Industry in Guangxi HE Gui-bai (Baise Research Institute of Agricultural Sciences, Baise, Guangxi 533612) Abstact: On strategic perspective of sustainable development and enhancing international competitiveness of sugar cane industry in Guangxi, the dissertation summarizes the achievement of sugar cane industry in Guangxi, and presents the main problems in development, and figures out the new situation and new duty the industry confronting. The six strategies proposed to promote the sustainable development of sugar cane industry in Guangxi are following: promoting strategy with high yield and high sugar content new varieties; promting strategy with cultivation demonstration of high yield and high sugar content varieties, promoting strategy with mechanization, promoting strategy with scale of operation, promoting stategy with industrial services; promoting strategy with foreign exchange and cooperation. These strategies are significant to sustainable development of sugarcane industry in Guangxi even the entire nation. Keywords: Sugarcan
