Abstract: The Defocus Transfer Function (DTF) ofNon- coherent optical mi aging system ismuch complicated. It is
very difficult to express the character of DTF if generalmathematical tools are used. Ambiguity Function is a special
mathematical too,l which can be used to show theOpticalTransfer Function of defocus. Stationary PhaseM ethod has
magicalpow er in complex calculations of integration. The paper designs an ideal extension depth of field phase func-
tion, and studies the characteristics of the wavefront coding system.
