Methods: BALB/ c mice were immunized with pcDNAPRRSVORF5 DNA vaccine and pig interleukin 2( IL2) eukaryon expression plasmid by the routes of coinjection and DNA vaccine injection alone respectively, with PBS andpcDNA31( ) as controls. Fluoresecence Activated Cell Sorter(FACS) ,T lymphocyte proliferation test(MTT) were used to de tect the number of CD4 CD8 and the Tlymphocyte proliferation in peripheral blood of mice vaccinated.Resu ts :ConA response of Tlym phocytes in bloodwashigher in experiment group thanthe control group ( P 001) .
