太子参白茶水提物降血脂作用的研究

摘 要：采用预防性高血脂动物模型试验方法考察太子参白茶降血脂作用。结果发现，太子参白茶能有效降低
高血脂大鼠的体重（P ＜0.05 ），能显著降低高血脂大鼠血清中总胆固醇（TC ）、甘油三酯（TG ）含量和apoB 值，
提高高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-C ）值和apoA-I 值，且均达到极显著水平（P ＜0.01 ）；太子参白茶还能显著降低
肝脏中脂质过氧化物（MDA ）（P ＜0.01 ），但对肝脏指数的影响不明显。结果表明太子参白茶对高脂饮食所致大鼠
血脂升高有明显抑制作用，能有效预防高血脂症。

Inhibitory effects of the Pseudostellaria heterohpylla white tea on hyperlipemia

Abstract: A preventive hyperlipemia animal model was applied to investigate the effect of the Pseudostel-
laria heterohpylla white tea on hyperlipemia. The results were as follows. The Pseudostellaria heterohpylla white
tea effectively reduced the weight (P 0.05), TC, TG, and apoB and increased HDL-C and apoA-I in the high
cholesterol mice at a very significant level (P 0.01). The Pseudostellaria heterohpylla white tea significantly de-
creased MDA in liver (P 0.01), but showed no significant effect on liver index. It indicates that the Pseudostel-
laria heterohpylla white tea could obviously inhibit the rising of blood lipid; therefore it can effectively control
the hyperlipemia.
