基于 WQT40A 的自动调节恒温车用空调系统 张华 孙秀莹 （豫新汽车空调股份有限公司 河南新乡 453049） 【摘要】自动空调控制器是汽车自动空调系统的核心部件，空调的功能性、舒适性、经济性 都依靠控制器对空调系统内执行器件的合理控制实现。WQT40A 上的自动调节恒温车用空调 系统上的自动空调控制器无论是在功能上、复杂程度上和智能化程度上均远远高于现有国产 汽车空调控制器产品。该汽车空调控制器改进了以往汽车空调控制器传感器少，对车内外环 境数据采集不准确、高耗能等缺点，选用高性能微处理器，采集 7 个传感器信号，在微处理 器内进行分析，并运用制冷原理和模糊控制技术设计一套自动空调控制算法，从而实现对空 调系统总成部分各通风模式、鼓风机以及压缩机等执行机构的智能控制，使汽车在空调舒适 度方面指标较以往得到大大提高。 自动调节恒温车用空调系统内将插入式蒸发器温度传感器上的支架沿水平方向旋转 90 °，可适用不同间距的蒸发器芯体， 大大提高了产品的通用性。此结构已申请专利。 为了降低开发风险，节约成本，该自动调节恒温车用空调系统采用在手动空调基础上， 通过合理设计，增加新的支撑点和安装点，为伺服电机确定牢固的安装位置，达到手动- 自动一体化设计。 【关键词】自动空调控制器、通用性插入式蒸发器温度传感器、手动—自动一体化设计 WQT40A based automatic regulating thermostatic air conditioning system for vehicle Zhang Hua Sun Xiuying （YUXIN AUTOMOTIVE AIR CONDITIONER CO.,LTD.
