Template Instructions 模板说明 This template contains the minimum expected output that serves as a final presentation (ie. project closure document) for lean transformation projects (GE LBB mentoring the supplier). 这个模板里面包含的是对精益改造项目(GE LBB会辅导供应商）最终报告的基本要求。 If supplier completes package in local language, then English translation by the GE project mentor is required. 如果供应商以自己的语言（比如中文）完成项目报告，那GE项目辅导需要翻译成英文。 If the GE project mentor prefers a more detailed presentation to be completed, that’s acceptable as well, as long as minimum content in this template is in the presentation. 如果GE项目辅导倾向于更详细的项目报告，也是也可以的。但是要包含本模板中的这些基本内容。 The template starts with next page (page 3).
