It de cribed on the important point of the die de ign and the operating principle of the die.T he punch wa fix ed by a pring clamp heath, o that the die wa g ood co axial and convenient for ex change of the punch.T here were a rejecter and a tripper on the bottom die, the for ge piece could bro ke away f rom the punch die and concave a o on a the ex tru- ding w a over.M aterial utilizatio n ratio, production efficiency, preci ion and mechanic performance of the workpiece are evidently adv anced co mpared w ith the electr oly tic pro ce .
