单侧多功能外固定器治疗股骨近端骨折并发症研究 　　作者：徐健,马克　　作者单位：宁夏医学院附属医院临床学院， 宁夏 银川 750004　宁夏银川市第一人民医院骨科， 宁夏 银川 750001 　　【摘要】目的：总结分析单侧外固定器治疗股骨近端骨折的并发症原因，以便提高诊疗水平。方法：对1992年2月至2006年10月采用单侧外固定器治疗的股骨近端骨折86例，总结疗效。结果：针道感染76针，占22%;膝关节僵硬16例，占18.6%;骨不连2例，占2.3%;下肢深静脉炎19例，占22%;断针1例，占1.2%。结论：单侧外固定器治疗股骨近端骨折易引起针道感染，关节僵硬，静脉炎等并发症，需重视。 　　【关键词】 外固定器; 并发症; 股骨近端 　　Research of Complication in Treatment of Proximal Femoral Fracture with Unilateral Multifunction External Fixator 　　XU Jian， et al 　　(The Affiliated Hospital of Ningxia Medical College, Ningxia Yinchuan 750004, China) 　　Abstract: Objective: To elevate the level of the diagnosis and treatment through the summary and analysis of the reason of complication in the treatment of proximal femoral fracture with unilateral multifunction external fixator. Method: A discharge database was searched for patients who had undergone the treatment of the unilateral multifunction external fixator for the proximal femoral fracture. In a search of cases managed between February 1992 and October 2006, data pertaining to 86 patients (femoral neck fracture: 6 cases; femoral trochanter fracture: 80 cases, follow-up: 6～8 months ) met these criteria. To summarize curative effect and to analyze the various complications of these cases. Result: In 86 cases，the most frequent complication was pin-tract infections (76 pins，22% ). The most infected pins (92%) located in the distal pin tract. Knee joint stiffness more than 3 months occurred in 16 cases (18.6%). Nonunion 2 cases (2.3%). Deep vein burning 29 cases (22%). Breakdown pin 1 case (1.2%). Conclusion: The use of unilateral external fixator in the treatment of proximal femoral fracture shows its advantages : simple operation, less invasion, less cost. But it is important in use process to think highly of and to solve its complications such as: pin-tract infections, joint stiffness, deep vein burning et all. 　　Key words: External fixator; Complication; Proximal femur 　　随着骨外固定器的发展，使用适应症范围的扩大，应
