Methods From 2013.6-2014.10.compareing IL-2,IL-8,IL-10 and TNF-αinpatients with acute cerebral injuryto healthy controls ,whowere all out o trauma, infection, and critical organssuchasheart,liver,kidney,lungdisease.AccordingtotheGlasgowcomascore(GCS) methodstandard patientscanbedividedintothreegroups,lightgroup(GCS13~ 15points), ， mheavygroup(GCS3~8).In 1day,3daysafteradmission,week 1andweek2. Results By ELISA, the IL-2,IL-8,IL-10 andTNF-α inpatients significantlyincreased at day 1,to the lowest level at day 3 after 1week rose again after 2 weeks drop ， ， ， significantlythantheothergroup. Theaveragelevelingroup(GCS3~ 8)washigherthan the average level in group (GCS13 ~ 15 points).
