It mainly includes these aspects: fire control propaganda and education, routine check of fire safety, fire equipment management, investigation and handling of fire disasters and hidden dangers, the management of flammable and explosive substances. 本程序适用于公司内消防宣传与教育、消防安全的例行检查、消防器材管理、火灾及隐患调查处理，以及易燃易爆物品的管理。 3 Responsibilities职责 3.1 Technical department is in charge of the safety management of fire prevention. 技术部负责消防安全工作的归口管理。 3.2 Department principal are full responsible for their own department’s fire prevention safety. The detail works of his are these: organize fire prevention training in his (or her) own department; manage and maintain the fire equipment; emergency preparation and response; manage flammable or explosive materials. 部门负责人对本部门消防安全负全责，具体组织落实本部门消防培训、消防器材的管理和维护、火灾及隐患的应急准备与响应、易燃易爆物品的管理。 3.3 QHSE department is responsible for supervising the fire prevention work of the whole company.
