摘 要:针对压缩天然气(CNG)单燃料发动机在耐久性试验后气门庄圈失效所造成的气门下混量
及气缸压缩压力降幅过大问题,设计了适用于 CNG 羊旗料友动机约新气11 1主圈材料.将新材料气
门座圈安装在友动权,的第 2 、 4 缸,而第 1 、 3 忽气门座圈采用原材质不变,进行 450 h 耐久性试验,
测量各缸的压缩压力和气f1下混量,并对发动札的气111主圈失效原因进行分析.试验结采表明:所
设计的气11 1主噩可以满足 CNG 羊燃料发动机的使用委求.友动机的气门庭酶的失效轧制为高温
高压燃气环境中因高速、高温和反复冲击所引起的气11与庄圈的磨损与扁蚀.

Abstract: On the basis of analyzing the invalídation reasons of the valve seat. the classification of the pow-
der metallurgy valve seat and the rules of choosíng materials. this paper designed a new kind of materials
of valve seat for CNG (compressed natural gas) single-fuel engine. This new materials valve seat will be
ínstalled on the second and fourth cylinder of the test enginε. and the valve seat on the first and third cylin-
der using the or地inal materials remains unchanged. The cylínder pressure and valvεs sinkage value were
measured after 450 h durability test. The contrast test índícates that this new kind of materíal can meet the
needs of CNG single-fuel engine.
