w4-抗原与抗原递呈1
Cross-presentation交叉递呈 First extensively documented in the mid-1970s in studies by Bevan. ▲Bevan, M.J. Cross-priming for a secondary cytotoxic response to minor H antigens with H-2 congenic cells which do not cross-react in the cytotoxic assay. J. Exp. Med. 143, 1283–1288 (1976). ▲ Bevan, M.J. Minor H antigens introduced on H-2 different stimulating cells crossreact at the cytotoxic T cell level during in vivo priming. J. Immunol. 117, 2233–2238 (1976). Two models of cross-presentation Peter Cresswell . Nat Immunol. 2004 What else ? Has anyone left ? I am here ! We are peptides. So pity! Why not us ? Presentation of Nonpeptide Antigens The class I–like(CD1) molecules NKT cells A specialized subset of T cells: coexpression of NK1.1, and an invariant Va?14/Ja?281 TCRa?-chain coupled with V?8.2, 7 or 2 TCR-? chains. Specifically recognizes glycolipid-Ag in conjunction with the MHC class I–like molecule, CD1d. Disruption of either the invariant TCR-a chain, or CD1d, results in a selective deficiency of NK T cells. Upon TCR stimulation, NK T cells rapidly produce both Th1 (e.g. IFN-g? and TNF-a?) and Th2 cytokines (e.g. IL-4, IL-10, IL-13). NKT cells NKT cell defects and disease S. P. Berzins (2011) Nat. Rev.
