毕业设计(论文) 生化法处理高浓度燃料乙醇有机废水的应用研究 Applied Study on High Concentration Wastewater Treatment from Fuel Ethanol Production Using Biochemical Method 摘要 燃料乙醇生产的有机废水是一种高浓度有机废水，是造成我国水环境污染严重的第二大轻工废水，若直接将这些废水排放，将会对周围环境造成严重污染。因此而带来的水资源的短缺影响着人民群众的身心健康，这也成为可持续发展的严重制约素。 介绍了目前国内xxxx燃料乙醇、xxxx造纸厂等几个主要工业机构所采用的污水处理工艺技术， 并对各工艺的特点作了讨论和分析。 针对高浓度燃料乙醇有机废水的COD高、温度高、SS高、pH低等特点，主要介绍了用生化法UASB—CASS(上流式厌氧污泥床反应器—周期循环活性污泥法反应池)工艺处理酒精废水，xxxx工程运行表明，高浓度的酒精废水可以得到有效治理，出水水质能够满足GB8978—1996《污水综合排放标准》二级排放标准的要求。 关键词 生化法；高浓度；酒精废水；工艺 Abstract Fuel ethanol production in the organic wastewater is a high concentration organic waste water is causing serious water pollution in Chinas second-largest light industrial wastewater， if discharged directly to the waste water will cause serious pollution to the surrounding environment. Therefore， the shortage of water brought with the peoples physical and mental health effects， it has become a serious constraint for sustainable development factors. Introduced the current domestic Jilin Fuel Ethanol， Heilongjiang paper mill， and several major industrial organizations， the technology used in sewage treatment， and the characteristics of each technology are discussed and analyzed. High concentration of fuel ethanol for organic wastewater of high COD， high temperature， SS high， pH and low， mainly introduced by biochemical UASB-CASS (upflow anaerobic sludge blanket reactor - the cycle of activated sludge reactor ) Process wastewater， Tian Guan engineering operation showed that high concentrations of alcohol can be effective wastewater treatment， water quality can meet the GB8978-1996 Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard 2 emission standards.
