公路交通优质工程奖评选办法(国外英文资料) Method of selection of highway traffic quality engineering awards Chapter 1 general rule Article 1 with a view to encouraging working units to strengthen the highway construction quality management, improve the quality of project, the investment benefits, on the basis of the highway law of the Peoples Republic of China and the relevant provisions of the state, these measures are formulated.
