These sequence classes are grouped by means of an average contiguous algorithm (97% like truncation). Use the Bayesian (60% confidence) method in each OTU representative sequence.
Fungal sequences use Mothur v. 1.25.1 for quality control, the first step to allow no more than two positive sequence primers mismatch, code sequence is no more than a mismatch, homopolymer of no more than eight nucleotides. The remaining sequences are assigned to each soil sample based on barcode. Use ITS Extractor v. 1.1 to extract the full-length ITS1 partition from the fungus ITS data collection, as the presence of the fragment may cause errors in clustering and similar searches. After filtering, the CAP3 is used to calibrate the section of the ITS1 region. Using the least overlapping 100bp, the OTU was assigned to the 97 percent identification level. Finally, the OTU representation sequences are determined using the UNITE and INSD databases. When OTU has 97% of the sequence similarity, the NCBI database is not determined using the UNITE and INSD database for the BLAST search.
It is worth noting that the downstream analysis of individual (OTU, in all 12 samples, only one sequence) is removed.
Statistical analysis
For all parameters, the single factor variance analysis USES Turkeys HSD for multiple range test comparisons. Microbe group abundance, soil nature and all the doors and vanilla dry rot DI Pearson correlation coefficients were calculated using SPSS.
