股骨上端髓内钉（PFN）内固定治疗股骨粗隆间骨折68例护理体会 作者:张林南,尹元春,张丽 作者单位：山东中医药大学第二附属医院骨科 ，山东 济南 250001 【摘要】 目的 探讨股骨上端髓内钉（PFN）治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的围手术期的护理疗效。方法 对2000 年1 月～2007 年2月采用PFN 治疗股骨粗隆间骨折68例围手术期护理进行回顾性分析。结果 术后随访6～30个月,平均15个月， 3例患者术后股骨颈内钉松动脱出，但骨折愈合良好，下肢活动正常，未产生其他并发症。结论 PFN 具有手术时间短、出血少且固定坚强的优点, 适用于股骨粗隆间骨折的治疗，围手术期护理切实可行。 【关键词】 粗隆间骨折 The knows from experience of the nursing care that 68 instances of intertrochanteric fractur treated by proximal femoral nail( PFN ).ZHANG Lin-nan, YIN Yuan-chun , ZHANG Li (The Orthopaedics of the Second Affiliate Hospital of the Traditional Medicine of Shandong University, Jinan 250001,China) Abstract: Objective: To explore the nursing care effect of the stage surrounding the operation that femur intertrochanteric fracture treated by proximal femoral nail( PFN ). Methods: Through retrospective analysis of nursing care of the stage surrounding the operation that 68 cases of intertrochanteric fractures were treated by PFN, in the period from January 2000 to February 2007．Results: The mean follow-up of 15 (6～30)months revealed that fractures after operation in all the 68 cases．3 cases nails which in the collum femoris become loose and prolapsus postoperation , but all the 3 cases were obtained ideal union, the activty of legs were very well,no else complication. Conclusion: The using of proximal femoral nail (PFN) in the intertrochanteric fracture of the femur have such merits as the little time of the operation ,the little issuing of blood and the strong fixation. It is practicable to the nursing care of the stage surrounding the operation. Key words: proximal femoral nail( PFN ); nursing care; intertrochanteric fractur 老年人的骨质萎缩、疏松,易发生骨折,尤其是股骨上部,跌倒时极易发生［1］。高龄患者因年老、体弱、多病、脏器功能减退等多方面原因,股骨骨折后易发生并发症常导致骨不连，骨延迟愈合及骨畸形愈合，且长期卧床会带来褥疮、肺部感染等并发症引起死亡［2］。目前多主张手术治疗。我科自2000年1月～2007年2月选用股骨近端髓内钉（proximal femoral nail，PFN）治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折68例，现将治疗护理体会报告如下。 1 资料与方法 1.1 一般资料 老年股骨粗隆间骨折的患者68例，男43例，女25例；年龄65～89岁
