How are the five stages of team building divided? What is the focus of each stage? Drawing instructions.
Answer: the five stages of team building are divided into:
(1) the stage of formation is the stage of the project teams inception and formation, which is a phase of the transformation of a group of individual members into a project team member. The point is that the project manager needs to be guided and built by the team. First, explain the objectives of the project to the team members, explaining the scope of work, quality requirements, schedule, budget planning, and restrictions. (2) the period of turbulence is the phase of intense conflict within the project team.
