From 1991 a Japanese Toshiba first glass plate size 300mmx400mm G1 TFT-LCD production line production, to 2009 Japanese Sharp glass plate size for 2850mm×3050mm the G10 of TFT-LCD production line production, the liquid-crystal display produces can expand rapidly, in 2010 the global TFT-LCD output value already amounted to 92,500 million US dollars.
