『地域政策研究』（高崎経済大学地域政策学会）　第 16 巻　第４号　2014年３月　99頁〜 119頁 〈総　説〉 地域社会学における住民運動・まちづくりの事例研究の分析視角 「コミュニティ形成論」と「構造論」の交点から 石　井　清　輝 Analytical Perspectives of Regional Sociology for Case Studies of Residents Movement and “Machizukuri” in Light of an Intersection of Community Formation Theory and Structural Theory Kiyoteru ISHII 要　旨 　本稿の目的は、地域社会学における住民運動、まちづくりの実証研究の蓄積を検討する中から、 今後の事例研究が解明すべき課題を提示することである。本稿では、地域社会学の分析枠組みと して「コミュニティ形成論」と「構造論」を中心に検討を加え、残された課題を明らかにしてい く。両分析枠組みは、70年代半ばから80年代にかけての住民運動の「転換」において生じてい たイシュー、主体、組織の多様化と新たな「質」の発生、及びそれらの地区における重畳化とい う事態に未だ十分には対応出来ていない。従って、地区に重畳化する諸活動、集団を対象として、 ①行為主体による価値判断、解釈過程の多様性、②各種活動や集団の形成過程と組織性、それら の相互作用のメカニズム、の2点を具体的に解明し、住民運動・まちづくりにおける主体と共同性、 地域性の再概念化を踏まえ、両分析枠組みの再構築が図られるべきことを主張する。 Abstract 　　The paper aims to examine accumulated empirical studies of residents movement and “machizukuri” and present issues to clarify in the future case studies from the viewpoint of regional sociology. The paper examines the “community formation theory” and the “structural theory” mainly as an analytical framework for regional sociology and clarifies remaining issues.
