胎儿心脏超声筛查用于先天性心脏病检测的临床价值分析 　　[摘要] 目的 分析胎儿心脏超声筛查用于先天性心脏病检测的临床价值。方法 整群选取并分析2010年1月―2015年12月之间来该院进行胎儿心脏超声筛查的6 584例受检对象的资料，所有孕产妇均接受产前超声检查和心脏专项检查，分析超声筛查的结果。结果 6 584例胎儿中发现62例先天性心脏异常，产前超声检查确诊的有55例，其中有心内膜垫缺损11例、肺动脉瓣狭窄伴随心室发育不全7例、法络四联征5例、室间隔缺损15例、三尖瓣下移7例、大动脉转位8例、右心室双出口患儿6例。结论 胎儿心脏超声筛查对于先天性心脏病具有很高的诊断价值 [关键词] 胎儿心脏超声筛查；先天性心脏病；临床价值 [中图分类号] R714.5 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2016）08（c）-0191-03 The Clinical Value of Detecting Congenital Heart Fetal Heart Ultrasound Screening for Analysis LUO Xin Youxi County Chinese Medicine Hospital Ultrasound in Fujian Province， Youxi， Fujian Province，365100 China [Abstract] Objective To analyze fetal heart ultrasound screening for congenital heart disease clinical value of testing. Methods Group selection in January 2010 ― December 2015 to our hospital for fetal cardiac ultrasound screening of 6584 subjects’， all pregnant women are receiving prenatal ultrasound and cardiac special inspection， analysis ultrasound screening the result of. Results 6584 cases found in 62 cases of fetal congenital heart anomalies， prenatal ultrasound diagnosis of 55 cases， including 11 cases determined endocardial cushion defect， pulmonary stenosis associated with ventricular hypoplasia seven cases， law network Fallot in 5 cases， 15 cases of ventricular septal defect， Ebstein seven cases， eight cases of transposition of great arteries， double outlet right ventricle in children 6 cases. Conclusion Fetal heart ultrasound screening for congenital heart disease has a high diagnostic value. [Key words] Fetal heart ultrasound screening； Congenital heart disease； Clinical Value 先天性心脏病所指的是胎儿时期心脏血管发育缺陷而形成的心脏病，是常见的胎儿畸形，也是造成我国新生儿与胎儿死亡的首要原因[1]。加强对先天性心脏病的筛查，对于提高婴儿的临床存活率具有非常重要的意义。该研究回顾性分析2010年1月―2015年12月之间在该院进行胎儿心脏超声筛查的6 584例孕妇进行研究，探讨其临床价值，现报道如下 1 资料与方法 1.1 一般资料 整群选择来该院进行胎儿心脏超声筛查的6 584例受检对象的作为研究资料，年龄在20～42岁之间，平均为（26.3±4.9）岁；孕周在20～29周之间，平均为（25.4±1.3）周；所有孕妇均对该次研究知情同意，并得到医院伦理委员会的批准，排除合并患有精神分裂症的病例、失访病例等 1.2 方法 应用该院现有的德国西门子S-2000型号彩色多普勒超声诊断仪进行检查，要求受检对象
