挤出螺杆专业铣床改装设计摘要通过对螺杆生产工艺了解和分析，明确本文的主要设计内容。我国现今螺杆生产企业应用最普遍的螺杆螺旋面加工方式为成形铣削法，固然它的加工效率较高，然则因为每一种规格的螺杆加工就须要用到一组刀具，致使刀具的需求量特别大，此外，还要配套相应的刀具刃磨设备，这会致使企业投入生产资本比较高。而且国内螺杆加工企业的加工设备相对落后，加工工艺相对落后，无法加工高精度的螺杆。而国外目前却已经采用完全的数控设备来加工螺杆，使螺杆的精度达到非常高的水平。但是国内因为资金以及其他各种各样的原因，完全采用数控设备来加工螺杆的企业非常少。很大一部分企业采取普通螺杆机床来加工，而普通螺杆机床基本是通过通用车床改造而成的。因此，将普通车床改制成螺杆铣床，不管从人力方面，还是从时间方面，都有了很大的节省，这样不仅降低了成本，而且提高了生产效率。本文将用普通的C630车床改造螺杆铣床，用铣刀头取代了刀架，并采用电动机带动铣刀转动。这里主要是对车床的一部分加以改造，确定螺杆铣床的传动方案，对主轴箱、进给部件进行了设计，计算及对各设计部分图形的绘制。关键词：螺杆；螺杆铣床；铣削；机床AbstractThrough the production process analysis of screw to determine the main design elements of this article.Now screw manufacturer in China the most widely used method for processing screw is helical shape milling method.Although the process more efficient, but the processing of each specification screw requires a set tool, tool demand for larger.In addition, as also supporting the appropriate tool grinding equipment, leading to greater business input costs of production.The processing equipment of domestic screw processing enterprises backward , processing technology behind, unable to process high-precision screw.Now relative abroad is processing screw with CNC equipment completely, so that the screw to achieve a very high level of accuracy.However, because of funding and other aspects of reasons, complete with CNC equipment to process screw of enterprise is very few.Most of the enterprises use the ordinary screw machine to process, and general screw machine is basically formed by the universal lathe.Therefore, ordinary lathe converted into a milling machine, regardless of human respect, or from the time, there has been a great save, this not only reduces costs, and improve productivity.This will transform the ordinary C630 lathe into the screw milling machine, milling head with a knife instead, and use of motor driven rotating cutter.Here the main part is to be modified lathe, determine the transmission scheme of milling machine screw, the design of the spindle box and the feed
