流动人口已婚人群孕前保健知识意愿及行为研究 　　[摘要] 目的 调查流动人口孕前优生健康知识、意愿及行为，为推动免费孕前优生健康检查惠及更多流动人口、实现有效覆盖提供依据。 方法 在苏北、苏中、苏南选择3个项目点对600名流动人口进行问卷调查和18名基层计生专业干部个人深入访谈。 结果 被调查地区流动人口趋于年轻化，30岁以下占70.7%，文化程度增高，逐渐成为稳定职业者，趋向长期化居住；对孕前优生健康知识知晓和需求提升，来源以电视、网络等非人际传播为主，较为浮浅；知道孕前优生健康检查是免费的有51.8%，参加过免费检查的只有46.7%。 结论 把握流动人口时代特征变化，强化宣传教育的针对性精准性；促进流动人口融入城镇社会，享有公共服务均等化；推动育龄夫妇共同行动，整合卫生计生资源配置，对有效提升流动人口主动参与免费孕前优生健康检查，实现全覆盖具有推动作用 [关键词] 流动人口；孕前优生健康；知识；意愿；行为 [中图分类号] R195 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1673-7210（2016）07（b）-0048-04 [Abstract] Objective To investigate the recognition， intention and behavior of pre-pregnancy health examination among the floating population， so as to provide basis for promoting more floating population to participate in the pre-pregnancy health examination. Methods 3 project sites were chosen from North， Middle and South of Jiangsu. A total of 600 floating people were asked to complete a questionnaire and 18 family planning cadres were in-depth interviewed. Results The floating population tended to be younger （under 30 years of age accounted for 70.7%） and had higher educational background and became stable employer. They tend to be long-term residents with improved economic conditions. The awareness and demand of the knowledge of pre-pregnancy health was increased among the floating population. However， knowledge acquisition was based on non-interpersonal communication， such as television， internet， etc. There were 51.8% people known pre-pregnancy health examination is free， but only 46.7% participated. Conclusion To grasp the floating population’s characteristics of the times and enhance the specificity and accuracy of the publicity of education； to promote the floating population into the urban society and to enjoy the equal public services； to promote couples of child-bearing age to act together and integrate resource allocation， can promote the floating population to participate in the pre-pregnancy health examination actively.
