超声及超声造影在视网膜脱离诊断中的应用 　　[摘要] 目的 分析视网膜脱离的超声及超声造影的特点，探讨超声及超声造影在视网膜脱离诊断中的应用价值。方法 应用超声对我院2011年5月～2013年12月期间收治的120例患者的80只视网膜脱离眼（网脱组）、80只无视网膜脱离眼（对照组）进行检查。对网脱组中超声检查不十分确切的10只眼行超声造影检查。 结果 超声检查与手术结果比较，视网膜脱离诊断符合为76只眼（95.0%），视网膜脱离误诊4例（5.0%）。超声造影检查与手术结果比较，视网膜脱离诊断符合为10只眼（100.0%）。网脱组视网膜中央动脉（CRA）、睫状后动脉（PCA）较对照组CRA、PCA收缩期峰值血流速度减低，网脱组阻力指数（RI）值较对照组RI值升高，诊断结果（65只/76只）符合率为85.5%。 结论 超声及超声造影对视网膜脱离诊断准确率高，可为临床诊断、治疗提供可靠的依据 [关键词] 超声；彩色多普勒；超声造影；视网膜脱离 [中图分类号] R445.1；R774.1 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2016）17-0107-03 Application of ultrasound and contrast-enhanced ultrasound in the diagnosis of retinal detachment MA Gang GUO Peiqi CUI Yuyan HE Ping Department of Electronic Diagnosis， Shenyang Forth People’s Hospital， Shenyang 110031， China [Abstract] Objective To analyze the characteristic of ultrasound and contrast-enhanced ultrasound of retinal detachment and investigate the application value of ultrasound and contrast-enhanced ultrasound in the diagnosis of retinal detachment. Methods 80 eyes with retinal detachment （retinal detachment group） and 80 eyes without retinal detachment （control group） of 120 patients who were treated in our hospital from May 2011 to December 2013 were examined with ultrasound. 10 eyes with indefinite examination of ultrasound were examined with contrast-enhance ultrasound. Results Compared with the result of operations， 76 eyes examined by the ultrasound were in accordance with the diagnosis of retinal detachment （95.0%）， 4 cases were mis-diagnosis of retinal detachment （5.0%）. 10 eyes examined by the contrast-enhanced ultrasound were in accordance with the diagnosis of retinal detachment （100%）. The peak systolic velocity of blood flow of CRA and PCA in the retinal detachment group were decreased compared with the control group and the RI value of retinal detachment group were higher than that of the control group with accordance rate of diagnosis of 85.5%（65/76）.
