社区医疗机构临终关怀服务现状调查 　　[摘要] 目的 调查分析长治市社区医疗机构临终关怀服务现状。 方法 2014年2～6月采用问卷调查法对长治市49所社区卫生服务中心（站）进行调查，内容包括临终关怀服务现状、影响和促进因素等。 结果 15所（30.6%）已开展，26所（53.1%）计划开展；17所（34.7%）进行过宣传，27所（55.1%）有计划；理想的服务场所以养老院和社区卫生服务中心为主，实施人员以医务人员和家属为主。临终关怀的开展面临服务要求多样、经费人才缺乏、管理经验和认知不足等多种困难。 结论 临终关怀服务在长治市社区开展情况不乐观，亟待加强宣传，需加大经费和人才投入，扩大认知度和服务范围 [关键词] 临终关怀；社区医疗机构；社区卫生服务；现状；影响因素 [中图分类号] R48 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2015）30-0127-04 Investigation on the present situation of hospice care in community health care institutions SHI Hongrui ZHANG Ying GUO Xiaoyan ZHANG Feng Nursing College， Changzhi Medical College， Changzhi 046000， China [Abstract] Objective To investigate and analyze the present situation of hospice care in community health care institutions in Changzhi city. Methods Questionnaires whose contents included present situation of hospice care， influence factors and promotion factors， were conducted in 49 community health service centers（stations） in Changzhi city from February to June 2014. Results 15（30.6%） community health service centers（stations） had carried out hospice care， and 26（53.1%） community health service centers（stations） were planning to conduct hospice care. 17（34.7%） community health service centers （stations） had carried out propaganda， and 27（55.1%） community health service centers （stations） had planned to carry out propaganda. Ideal service places were mainly nursing homes and community health service centers， and implementers of hospice care were mainly medical personnel and families. There were many problems in carrying out hospice care， such as diverse service requirements， lack of funding and personnel， management experience deficiencies， and cognitive deficiencies. Conclusion The development of hospice care in communities of Changzhi city is not optimistic.
