顺义区高危妊娠转诊情况分析 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨近5年顺义区高危妊娠转诊特点及转诊指征变化情况。 方法 回顾性分析2010年1月～2014年12月年顺义区妇幼保健院产科门诊转诊的 544例高危妊娠患者的临床资料，据转诊指征将病例分四组：内科合并症组、感染性疾病组、产科并发症组及其他组。根据孕妇户籍分为本地孕妇和外地孕妇。 结果 顺义区5年来高危妊娠转诊指征发生变化，从2010年1月～2012年6月到2012年7月～2014年12月，感染性疾病所占比例由64.21%下降到33.62%，内科合并症所占比例由31.58%上升到57.91%。本地户籍孕妇转诊指征主要为内科合并症（63.09%），外地户籍孕妇转诊指征主要为感染性疾病（54.02%）。 结论 顺义区近5年高危妊娠转诊网络逐渐通畅，转诊率有上升趋势，转诊指征构成比发生变化，不同户籍孕妇转诊指征之间存在显著差异 [关键词] 高危妊娠；转诊指征；转诊率；户籍；产科并发症；内科合并症 [中图分类号] R714.2 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2015）30-0039-03 Analysis of the referral of high-risk pregnancy in Shunyi district MA Weibo TANG Zhichao DONG Xiao’e Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology， Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital of Shunyi District in Beijing City， Beijing 101300， China [Abstract] Objective To investigate the referral characteristics of high-risk pregnancy and the change of referral indications in 5 years in Shunyi district. Methods Clinical data of 544 cases of high-risk gravidas who were referred from the obstetric outpatient department of our hospital from 2010 to 2014 were retrospectively analyzed. The cases were divided into four groups： internal medical diseases， infectious diseases， obstetric complications and other groups according to the referral indications. They were also divided into native and non-native groups according to the household registers. Results The referral indications of high-risk pregnancy were changed in Shunyi district in the past 5 years. From Jan 2010-Jun 2012 to July 2012-Dem 2014， the proportion of infectious diseases decreased from 64.21% to 33.62%， and the proportion of internal medical diseases increased from 31.58% to 57.91%. The main referral indications for native gravidas were internal medical diseases（63.09%） compared with infectious diseases（54.02%） for non-native gravidas.
