中药天麻的鉴定以及药理学研究 [摘要]目的：中药天麻具有息风止痉，平抑肝阳，祛风通络的功效，广泛应用于肝风内动、惊痫抽搐，眩晕、头痛，肢体麻木、手足不遂、风湿痹痛等症状。主产于四川、云南、贵州等地，药性甘，平，归肝经。天麻作为临床常用贵重药材之一，近几年野生天麻资源短缺，伪品不断出现，为了更好的区分真伪天麻，天麻的中草药鉴定手段也正在蓬勃发展，从传统的性状鉴别以及显微观察，到紫外光谱、红外光谱、X衍射法、核磁共振、高相色谱法等手段进行理化鉴定，近年新型双向聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳、质谱技术、分子生物技术对天麻DNA进行提取，使鉴定技术进入新时代。 关键词： 天麻 药理研究 鉴定研究 [Abstract] Objective:The role of Chinese traditional medicine gastrodia elata are to remove the body of the cold，to treatment convulsion and to keep the power of the intrahepatic smoothly。The gastrodia elata widely applied to endogenous liver wind，panic epileptic seizure，dizziness，headache，numbness of limb，hands and feet is ineffective and rheumatic arthralgia.Gastrodia elata grow mainly in sichuan, yunnan, guizhou and other regions.It is one of the commonly used in clinical medicine.In recent years, the shortage of resources of wild Gastrodia elata.Its adulterant keep popping up across the country.Identification of Chinese herbal medicine means of Gastrodia elata is in constant developmentfrom the trails indentification and microsopic observation of tradition，to physical and chemical indentification with other means by UV，IR，X-Ray Diffraction，NMR ，High chromatography and so on which can better indentify the authenticity of gastrodia elata.In last few years，the method of extraction of gastrodia elatas DNA with 2D，MS and Molecular biological technology that make identification technology into the new period.
