药物与临床 Drugs and Clinic 冠心病采用阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪治疗的临床价值剖析 胡禄华 江西省进贤县人民医院，江西 进贤 331700 [摘要] 目的：探讨冠心病采用阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪治疗的临床效果。方法：选取江西省进贤县人民医院收治的冠心病患者90例进行 分析，随机分为两组，观察组采用阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪进行治疗，对照组采取曲美他嗪治疗，观察两组的效果。结果：治疗前两组 患者的血脂及CRP指标差异无统计学意义P0.05 ，治疗后，观察组各指标明显优于对照组；观察组治疗总有效率95.6% 明显高于对照组的 73.3% ，差异显著P0.05 ，有统计学意义。结论：冠心病采用阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪治疗的临床效果好，治疗总有效率高，值得推广。 [关键词] 冠心病；阿托伐他汀；曲美他嗪 [中图分类号] R541.4　[文献标识码] A 　[文章编号] 1672-2809(2016)23-0049-02 The Clinical Value of Atorvastatin Combined Trimetazidine Treatment with Coronary Heart Disease HU Lu-hua Jinxian County Peoples Hospital, Jinxian Jiangxi 331700, China [Abstract] Objective: To investigate the clinical value of atorvastatin combined trimetazidine treatment with coronary heart disease. Methods: 90 cases of coronary heart disease patients of Jinxian County Peoples Hospital were analyzed, and randomly divided into two groups: observation group with atorvastatin combined trimetazidine treatment, control group treated with trimetazidine, the effects of the two groups were observed. Results: CRP indexes and blood lipids in patients of the two groups before treatment showed no difference (P0.05), after treatment, the observation group was better than control group each index; total effective rate of the observation group is 95.6%, which is significantly higher than the control group 73.3% (P0.05. Conclusion: Coronary heart disease treated with atorvastatin combined with trimetazidine showed good effect, with higher total effective rate, thus it is worthy promoting.
