Communication is the key to many social issues that appear inevitably during social interactions. Regardless of its nature, any workplace is the perfect location to establish interpersonal connections so that we perform properly in our day-to-day duties. Communication in the workplace Communication climate 交际氛围 We use communication climate to describe the quality of personal relationships in an organization. ( warm / cold) Do people feel respected? Do they trust one another? Do they believe that they are appreciated? Microclimate Organizations create an overall climate, which can be healthy or polluted, but within that environment individual relationships have their own microclimates. For example, your interactions with one colleague might be described as icy, while you and another person enjoy a warm relationship. Therefore, there is no question that communication climate is a key factor in job satisfaction and commitment to the organization.
