农学学报 2012,2(03): 13-16 Journal of Agriculture 芙蓉葵的黄萎病抗性鉴定 李志坤，刘 坤，张 艳，张桂寅，吴立强，王省芬，马峙英 （河北农业大学/华北作物种质资源教育部重点实验室/河北省作物种质资源重点实验室，河北保定071001） 摘 要：为挖掘抗棉花黄萎病菌新种质，进而为棉花抗黄萎病育种提供有益基因资源。以芙蓉葵 (Hibiscus moscheutos L.)、‘中棉所8 号’和Pima90-53 为材料，采用蛭石育苗和无菌育苗2 种方法，对其黄 萎病抗性进行了鉴定。结果表明，采用蛭石育苗，芙蓉葵表现出高抗黄萎病，病情指数为7.69 ，其抗性优 于抗病的海岛棉品种‘Pima90-53 ’。陆地棉品种‘中棉所8 号’表现出感病性状。采用无菌育苗，芙蓉葵 黄萎病抗性优于海岛棉品种‘Pima90-53 ’。2 种抗性鉴定方法中，均不能从接菌培养的芙蓉葵分离出黄 萎病菌。说明芙蓉葵具有高抗棉花黄萎病的特性。 关键词：芙蓉葵；陆地棉；海岛棉；黄萎病；抗性鉴定 中图分类号：S682.1+62 文献标志码：A 论文编号：2011-0534 Identification of Verticillium Wilt Resistance of Hibiscus moscheutos L. It is found that Hibiscus moscheutos possessed high disease resistance with the disease index of 7.69, and its disease resistance was better than ‘Pima90-53 ’. ‘Zhongmiansuo 8’ was sensitive to the disease of verticillium wilt using vermiculite seeding method.
